There is nothing on our side to delete

Offline Authenticator has no servers and no user accounts, and the app does not declare the Android INTERNET permission, so it cannot transmit anything. We hold no copy of your data — not your two-factor accounts, not your secret keys, not an email address, not a device identifier.

That means there is no deletion request for us to process. Nothing about you exists in our systems, because nothing about you ever reached them.

How to delete the data on your device

All of your data lives on your own phone. To remove it:

Remove a single account Press and hold the account in the list, then choose Remove account. Before you do, make sure you can still sign in to that service another way — its recovery codes, or by turning two-factor authentication off on the service first.

Remove everything Either:

• Android Settings → Apps → Offline Authenticator → Storage → Clear data, or
• uninstall the app.

Both wipe the encrypted vault, your PIN and your time-correction setting permanently. This cannot be undone, and we cannot restore it for you.

Backup files you created

If you created encrypted backup files, they are wherever you chose to put them — your cloud drive, your password manager, a chat with yourself. We have no access to those locations and cannot delete those files. You will need to delete them yourself from that service.

Written confirmation

If you need written confirmation for a data subject access or erasure request under the GDPR, the CCPA or a similar law, email [email protected] and we will confirm in writing that we hold no personal data about you.
